Cheap Single Pushchairs

The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a budget and don't need an extra stroller that can be used as car seat carrier. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip flop user-friendly.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when traversing kerbs and woodland trails. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a reputation as the most lightweight stroller, both for city dwellers as jet-setters. This is due to its nimble maneuverability and fold which fits in an aeroplane's overhead luggage. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all 4 wheels constructed of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to  perfectly navigate all terrains and types'.

The curved fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 and the 6+ months colour pack combine to create a chic pushchair with a subtle, elegant aesthetic. The frame itself weighs just over a kilogram and is so light that you can easily lift it out of the box (and do it using one hand).

It's also easy to attach or remove attachments, adaptors, or adaptors such as the hood, for instance, snaps onto the YOYO2 with reassuring clicks and is machine washable at 30 degrees to prevent staining from rice cakes that have been smashed and half-dissolved carrot puffs. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as prams. It can also be converted into a stroller after 6 months using the YOYO connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is an excellent choice for parents seeking an adaptable stroller. It can be converted from a stroller to wagon by simply flipping the handle, which means parents can select the option they want to use on their trip. The wagon can accommodate one or two kids from 6 months old to 5 years old, and it has a wide storage basket for everything you require on the go.

The Xplore also has two canopies that rotate from front to back, ensuring ample sun coverage for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than some wagons. This may not be ideal for long drives or naps.

The frame of the Xplore wagon is solid and sturdy, but it doesn't bend like other wagons that we test. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it's not able to lock tight after folding. It is easy to move however, and is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents seeking an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored high in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store in a trunk for your car. It also comes with a reclined seat that can be reclined in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other important features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree front wheels that are shock-absorbing.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than the majority of other strollers that we tried, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest strollers we tested. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a much larger canopy.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and no components required tools. However, it's missing certain essential features that we believe you should consider non-negotiable for a double stroller for example, a larger basket and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is the latest model in Maxi-Cosi's range of pushchairs and is billed as an urban travel system. It is designed to carry babies from birth to around 3.5 years old, easily changing between a seat and a carrycot in just a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base, and a reversible car.

The seat reclines with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it easy for parents to help their child in and out. Despite this being quite a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps with ease and was able to pass through doorways without a hitch.

The front wheels can be locked into forward positions or let them swivel which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel during our walk on a stony path. It handled this reasonably well, even though it felt to be a bit rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is known for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler pushchairs for jogging, but they also make a good range of 4-wheeler strollers. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It's heavier than other strollers that we test, but since it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It is easy to maneuver on various terrains and even with two children as well as a shopping bag and other items.

The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are strong and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It does not have much storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. You can also connect it with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first appeared on the scene, it instantly captured the hearts of parents across the world. It's a stroller made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's initial days and beyond. It is a standout model with many unique features, like the ability of the seat to flip between the parent and the world as well as a large UPF50+ canopy, an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are durable and foam-filled which minimises punctures. The chassis also has built-in suspension that takes the sting out of rough terrain. It was simple to push and our tester was able manoeuvre the vehicle through the narrow streets.

It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It can also be rolled and repositioned for easy transport down the stairs or in the boot of the car. The travel system comes offered with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors included. The brakes come with one action and are colour coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to operate and features an excellent dual suspension. It can be folded with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also extremely light and robust. The seat can be reclined in several positions. It is equipped with a double-breathable mattress that can be used from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two large sun visors that can be either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't great because it's not as quiet as Velcro and may wake napping babies.

The Duet is an angled stroller that can be used by twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with a few carrycots. In  best single buggy pushchairsandpramsuk  mode the seats can be positioned so that they face each other. They can also be set towards the parents. This should lessen sibling fights over who gets seated with mom and dad. It comes with a large gear tray as well as a bottle holder and snack tray. It also has an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger for parents who like to stay active. It's one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy your child. It also comes with great safety features, including the 5-point safety harness and wrist safety straps. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's distinct from the lever-type that is found on other models.

The seat is well-padded and has a wide area to sit, but the seat's depth is less than other joggers that we've tested (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is secured with a zipper to keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters that will fit the majority of infant car seats and bassinets however, you can use them from the first day with adapters that will fit brands like BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It is easy to fold and assemble within 5-10 minutes, without tools. The manual is easy to comprehend and contains multiple languages.
